This page explains what personal data this site collects, why, and what you may
require regarding it. It is written in application of the General Data Protection
Regulation.

What the site collects
The site collects nothing when you simply read its pages. There is no account to
create, no browsing tracking and no audience measurement.
Only two forms send data, and only if you choose to fill them in.
The contact form collects your name, your email address, the subject
of your message and the message itself.
The newsletter sign-up form, in the footer, collects your email
address.
Why, and on what basis
The contact form data is used only to reply to you. The legal basis is the recipient’s
legitimate interest in handling a request addressed to them.
The address given through the sign-up form is used only to send you the newsletter.
The legal basis is your consent, which you may withdraw at any time.
Where the data goes
Messages are sent by email to the artist’s contact address. They are not stored in a
database on the site.
No data is sold, rented, or passed to a third party for commercial purposes.
For how long
Messages received are kept for as long as the request is being handled, then for three
years from the last exchange.
Addresses on the newsletter list are kept until you unsubscribe. There is no automated list: sign-ups arrive by email and the list is kept by hand. To unsubscribe, write to contact@titanzebi.com and your address will be removed straight away.
Cookies
The site sets no audience measurement, advertising or tracking cookie. No cookie is
set when you simply read its pages.
The discography pages and the album pages do, however, display a
Spotify player. That player is supplied by Spotify: as soon as it
loads, it may set cookies on your device and send Spotify information about your visit,
independently of this site’s publisher. That processing then falls under Spotify’s own
privacy policy.
The other platforms mentioned, Apple Music, Deezer and YouTube Music, appear only as
links: nothing is loaded from their servers until you click.
Form protection
The contact form is protected by reCAPTCHA v3, a service of Google Ireland Limited.
It analyses visitor behaviour to tell a human from an automated program, with no
checkbox and no images to identify.
The service starts as soon as the contact page opens, even if you send nothing. It
collects technical information about your device and your browsing on that occasion, and
sets cookies. That processing falls under Google’s privacy policy.
The legal basis is the publisher’s legitimate interest in protecting the contact form
against automated submissions. A second measure, internal to the site and sending nothing
to a third party, completes that protection.
Your rights
You have a right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction and objection
regarding data concerning you, as well as a right to portability. To exercise them,
write to contact@titanzebi.com, stating your
request.
If the answer does not satisfy you, you may refer the matter to the French data
protection authority, Commission nationale de l’informatique et des libertés, 3 place de
Fontenoy, TSA 80715, 75334 Paris Cedex 07, or file a complaint on cnil.fr.

The site is hosted by OVH SAS, 2 rue Kellermann, 59100 Roubaix, France. The data is
stored in the European Union.
